YOGA CLASSES DON’T CHALLENGE YOU ANYMORE…

You’ve tried every advanced flow class in your area, but every teacher seems to do the same mindless sequence over and over again. Plus when you ask instructors after class what the approach would be to do the dream pose you’ve wanted to do for a while now, you’re met with vague answers that aren’t prescriptive enough.

So you scour the internet for advanced asana workshops and sign up for trainings but you’re quickly disappointed. For some reason, every local offering turns into a poorly run personal development session (which was not advertised - yoga training is not synonymous with life coaching), or the instructor is completely in her own head spewing out random intellectual theories about how the human body “should” move, without every having done the actual physical work herself!

You feel lost in a sea of underwhelming teaching, but deep down you know you have it in you to put in the work and take your practice to the next level. If only you just had the right teacher and right training to help you unlock your fullest potential…

I created THE PRACTICE, a 50 hour advanced asana module, to serve students like YOU who know that they are capable of more and are seeking the next big physical challenge. When you sign up for THE PRACTICE, not only will you get a full month’s worth of in-depth movement training, but you will be woven into a community of mindful yogis who are fascinated by the human body and like you, are willing to do the work to achieve athletic excellence.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • 50 hours of training with Andrew Abaria in the Yoga Masterminds style

  • 5 new movement modules focused on advanced asana work including reverse grip backbends, leg behind the head postures, lotus, and more!

  • At least one personal Yoga Hot Seat teaching session to get direct feedback on how to teach these advanced poses

  • One semi-private one-on-one session with Andrew to help you work on your selected dream pose

  • Bonus trainings on how to effectively teach one-on-one private sessions via Zoom

  • 50 hour Yoga Masterminds teacher training certification (Yoga Alliance certified)

  • and much more!

Plus upon graduation, you'll receive as a BONUS:

  • multiple follow up trainings and opportunities to keep you on track and accountable to your goals!

This is THE training for new teachers. Andrew’s focus is clear—helping teachers to learn to sequence and cue a class for students of any level—and he helps you to get there within the first week. While many other teacher trainings will take too much time in the theoretical, this training dives straight into the practical elements of practice and teaching, seamlessly weaving in philosophical and spiritual knowledge along the way. I learned theory, but more importantly, I knew how to implement it and speak about it on the spot, in any situation, on any given day. There were so many practical exercises and activities that it was nearly impossible NOT to become a great teacher. Students who had hardly practiced yoga before left our cohort as some of the most talented and knowledgeable instructors in our area.
